The ZYNOO reseller module handles the VPS order lifecycle automatically between your WHMCS and ZYNOO.

  • Your customer places a VPS order in your WHMCS and completes payment.

  • Once your WHMCS receives the first payment, it automatically sends the VPS order to ZYNOO through the API.

  • Your ZYNOO credit balance is checked for the full supplier cost of the VPS.

  • If sufficient credit is available, the supplier invoice is paid automatically, and VPS provisioning begins immediately.

  • If your credit balance is insufficient, no partial credit is used, and the supplier order waits for payment.

  • Once provisioning completes, the VPS details are synchronized back to your WHMCS.

  • Your customer can then manage the VPS directly from your WHMCS client area.

VPS Management

Resellers and customers can manage supported VPS functions directly from WHMCS, including:

  • Start, reboot, and shut down

  • View VPS status and server information

  • Change the VPS password (if available)

  • Reinstall the operating system

  • Suspend and unsuspend services

  • Terminate canceled services

Renewals

  • New VPS orders always use available supplier credit when it can cover the full order amount.

  • Supplier credit is not used automatically for renewals by default.

  • Enable Auto-pay renewals from your VPS Reseller dashboard if you want sufficient available credit to automatically pay VPS renewal invoices.

  • Keep enough credit in your ZYNOO account to avoid delays with new VPS orders or renewals.

Important

  • Do not manually modify ZYNOO-managed VPS service references or configurable options.

  • VPS provisioning can take a short time after payment while the server is being created.

  • Operating-system reinstall options and VPS usage data depend on availability from the VPS platform and may occasionally take time to refresh.
